• Secondly, try to research on the qualifications and experience of the directors of the company in question. The importance of this cannot be over emphasized. It would be regrettable to subscribe yourself under a company that is not genuine making you incur losses. Inexperienced staff may also cost such important saving that can be made through tax umbrella. Some people may even pose as experts only for you to find out that they are just quacks.
• Although an agency may suggest a particular company, try to find out why they prefer their umbrella service. Maybe they find them more efficient or it may be that the quality of their work is not applicable as it is just an agreement that is commercially sourced for.
